Indie Emporium is an arts, crafts, and fashion show, highlighting the talents of independent artists, crafters, and designers. We are seeking financial and product sponsorships to continue the success of our event.
Indie Emporium was first held at the Mathews Warehouse in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma on Friday and Saturday, October 26 & 27, 2007. The warehouse was located in the downtown Brady District, central to many restaurants, art galleries, music venues, and shops. In 2008, Indie Emporium moved to VFW Post 577 on the outskirts of downtown Tulsa. In only our second year, attendance doubled and we had 40 vendors, 10 gallery artists, and 8 fashion designers participate. Our 2009 & 2010 shows had over 1500 people in attendance. We anticipate growing even more in 2011, especially in our amazing new venue of Living Arts of Tulsa.

How Can We Help You?
Sponsorship is an opportunity for your business to build brand awareness in the region. Indie Emporium is Tulsa’s first indie craft/art event. In just our 5th year, we expect this year’s event to draw over 2000 visitors. Tickets are priced at $8 for Friday and Saturday, and attendees are expected to travel from across the state, as well as from Kansas, Texas, Arkansas and Missouri. The average age of attendees is 23 to 38, but an event such as this will draw people of diverse ages and socio-economic backgrounds. We already have 2011 applications from vendors from all over the country, so we expect many out of town shoppers this year as well.
How Can You Help Us?
You can help by sponsoring our event with cash and/or products. The sponsorship program is broken down into several levels. While each level costs more, they are designed to increasingly promote public awareness of your business before, during, and after Indie Emporium. Product or advertising donations do qualify for the different levels of sponsorship.
